Hey friends, June was wild. Personally, professionally, globally, everything. Lucie and I have been joking that we would love to have a normal RDMO, but life has a way of getting your attention by any means necessary.
That's why it's so important to prioritize things like creativity, originality, and authenticity. In a world of unpredictability, it's easy to lose heart, feel defeated, and crumple. However, we want you to know that you matter. What you create has a place in this world. We're proud of you for the days that you set aside time to work toward your goal - and we're also proud of you if you had to carve out time to rest.
Our community on discord has been incredibly encouraging. The people who write 100 words are celebrated just as highly as the ones who write thousands in one sitting. It's one thing for us to want that for our community, but it's another to see it unfolding. We love how encouraging and supportive our community is.
So, thank you for coming alongside us once again, thank you for being a part of the community, and thank you for taking the time to prioritize your project. Every thought, word, brush stroke, outline, and paragraph are steps taken to your finished project. But you can't have a finished edit until you have your Rough Draft.
See you in November!
Sara (Sarah & Lucie send their regards as well!)
